    Hello,

I just had to email support and within a hour had a response back, I was pleased...

I am running VS with no problems and so far have only one concern. The snapshot seems to be stored in a regular text file. I think it should be encrypted or at least password protected in some way. Other than that, at the moment it is my only suggestion...

I originally posted it in "Other AV's" due it being called one. But i agree it's better suited in here, so whoever moved it :thumb:

Nice to see some Very positve reactions to it so far, & some good suggestions too :)

Have there been any compatibility issues with other Internet security software?

    None with CIS or sandboxie.
I also got a reply back from the dev and had a few email's exchanged back and forth. Nice folks. Hopefully they listen to some of my suggestions.

Good point puff-m-d, we will make sure it is encrypted. We actually have a lot of things we are working on, we just wanted to release what we had so people could start beta testing it. It will be another month or so before we really have everything locked down the way we want it. Thank you for the suggestion!

Yeah, we were afraid that some people may not like the name, but the name just fit, and it kind of stuck :). Think of it as shielding you from Voodoo. Then again, a lot of people have Dirt Devil vacuums, so I hope people will get used to the name :).

We are located in the Overland Park / Kansas City area, and will be posting our company info online soon. I have been a computer consultant for the last 12 years, and I am tired of my clients getting viruses. Nothing seems to stop everything, or if it does, is too difficult to use. We wanted something that was incredibly simple to use, and highly effective. The other 2 developers are great with coding, and have been coding much longer than 12 years.

Why we can't test this program from my country ??

    VoodooShield™ - Export Administration Regulations

We're sorry, but VoodooShield™ is only available in the United States.

    What does it mean ?

you must add a log file so we can see what trained what blocked etc`.
also you MUST add an option to remove / add software training manually.

    good luck :D

demoneye, thank you for the suggestion, we will see what we can do. We really do want to keep it as simple as possible, but we will figure something out.

Ashanta, we hope to make VS available worldwide very soon, hopefully in a day or two.

I love this. Nothing has gotten past it yet. It is so simple to use. I even got my wife to use it on her laptop and she got the hang of it. Keep up the great work.

Thank you buckslayr, we appreciate that! Keep in mind, it is not completely bullet proof yet, but we will be releasing the next beta version in a few days that is even more bullet proof. We hope to have it where we really want it to be in a month or two.
