Purchased Port Explorer But Never Recieved Unlock Code

Thank you for the time that you have spent in trying to get to the bottom of this mystery.

Unfortunately not everyone subscibes to this forum before purchasing (I didn't) and RegSoft still have the purchase/order form on their site so are presumably still taking orders and more people are probably going to be inconvenienced.

I have got my credit now but it cost me NZ$1.71 because of movements in the exchange rate. Oh well the exchange rate could have moved the other way so it is the luck of the draw.

The really sad thing is that what appears to be a really good product has gone down the drain.

 

I have requested a refund from RegSoft and received very prompt notification from them that the credit is proceeding.

What a shame
