Cloning HD problem under XP

Ivan Sarychev recommended trying to run an ISO boot cd and sent me a link to download it. It was a CD bootable application for Acronis True Image 11.

Once I had the file, i had to locate a burner program that will burn from an iso file. My burner didn't do iso's. I got the CD burned last night and visited my friend who owns True Image I0 and the computer in question with this CD. We were able to clone two drives without any issue by booting directly from CD. I'm off the hook for more tinkering. And I am relieved I won't have to rebuild the system from scratch when they have a mishap later on. Thanks for the assistance.
