Unable to read image

I have created an image using the bootable media and saved it on a DVD. When I try to restore the image, the sofwtare can not locate it on the DVD (it shows the DVD as having no files at all.

I put the DVD in a different computer and using Windows Explorer saw that the file was there. I then copied the image to that computer's HD and shared it, and TrueImage running on the original computer was able to locate it and restore it. SO the image is fine, but for some reason I am not able to read the contents of the DVD drive of the original computer to restore from the DVD.

 

This is a problem with some DVD drives. The only solution that I know of is to use another DVD drive (internal or external), different media or copy the image to a hard drive.
