Installed Windows ME on a new system. Downloaded NOD
Installed using the same username I did before but with new password.
Every time I try to update i get invalid username password message.
This seems to be an ongoing issue.

    What new password ?

You can't use anything except the User Name and Password in your license. There is no provision in NOD32 to change either.

Ok , let me try this again.

When installing NOD it asks for a username and password.
When installing , there is no other options.
Should I have created a new username and password then? Your site is looking at controler and I am listed witha different password?
What I did was install a new download of NOD on a new computer I am building for a friend. Was thinking I could just put the trial on this one and play.
I am guessing I should have created a new username password when installing
on this new computer. Is that correct?

The trial version requires no User Name or Password.

The commercial version requires the User Name and Password we provide with your license.

The trial and beta are the same?
Anyway I guess then I never got a license.
I will just try it out a bit as is then , no problem.
Have you decided to add a manual update to the new version?
why does NOD ask for a username and password when installing ?
    what am I missing here?

    Hi controler,

    >The trial and beta are the same?

No, you need your u/p from the commercial version to be able to use the Beta. Please use the same u/p.

    >why does NOD ask for a username and password when installing ?

This is due the importance not to forget to enter it later - get the updates and be always updated and protected.

    All the best :D
