threat quaratined

    on both computers that i have wsa on i get a threat quaratined.its in the firefox profiles.on 1 of the computers it finds it every few days?not sure if its a fp or real?

    yes i have,it takes me to the webroot support page an automated suppport.i type in false positive and the automated answer says not sure what you mean by false positive.im not sure if its a fp or not but i did several scans with other scanners and nothing flags it.i sent the file via submit file option in wsa complete program,seems to be the easiest way?by the way no one detects it on virus total either not even prevx.

    From that page in that post, click on Submit a Support Ticket link to fully contact support regarding the item.

    thanks for the links.triple helix i submitted a ticket with that support link.the submit file option in wsa gui is it good to use that?i mean do they get the file and respond back or is it better to use the support ticket option?

    It's best to contact support directly via the Submit a Ticket and they usually reply within 24 to 36 hours! ;)

    just to let ya know got a responce(very quick) from support and it was a fp.they said it was fixed with a definition update.thanks for the help guys
