I purchased NOD32 in March from my IT installer. Last month my name and password were rejected when trying to update scanner. My IT installer gave me a name and password to use which was ok for 3 weeks but today NOD32 rejected these. What is going on? I have paid for 12 months usage.
Welcome, smithy. My first and foremost recommendation is: contact your IT installer - he's the one who actually provided the license specs. In case this doesn't work out in say a day or two, please post a follow up in this thread. regards. paul
Hello, I wonder if you could contact our customer support at support@nod32.com and provide us further information such as: 1. your full name 2. the order number you should have received in the confirmation email after purchasing NOD32 3. the way you purchased it (either from our website or from some of our distributors). If you received it on CD, please don't forget to mention that. We will do our best to help you sort out the problem soon.
