That depends. Are you updating or starting from scratch. If you're updating then there's a change that some of those settings are preserved. However, in either case, assume those settings are gone and will need to be reapplied.
hi just update via usb pen/stick but i have disabled some service and microsoft apps , and disable some ads and son on i don't want to restore everyhing ....
thats a very friendly time, some sites offer lower times. pity you are limited, but at least you need to download 4-6 gigs within 24 hours, no exception. or you go to a computer cafe and download there, its not your traffic, and ISO is anonymous.
