Today I had a big problem... I leave my PC for 1 hour and when I get back, I couldn't connect to any application coupled with internet. So ICQ, Opera, Firefox didn't worked, EXEPT Steam! Steam was working normaly, I could chat with other, connect to an server. I tried Start-Run-Cmd - ping www.google.com but no response. I turned off the Firewall of my router, and some websites started to work, but ICQ, and some other website didn't. So I turned off the firewall of ESET, and now everything is working. So ESET Firewall is bloking my ICQ and some websites. I dont whant the firewall to be OFF, so is there anything that I could do?
/btw sry for my horrible english :X/

Please enable logging all blocked connections in the IDS section of the firewall setup, replicate the problem and then check the ESET personal firewall log for details about the blocked connection.

try restarting, it's a good solution to problems like these that seem to randomly arise :)
