Wow, quite a comprehensive report, will do some reading. But once again I have to say that AV Comparatives seems to be obsessed with making it hard for the readers to decipher all of this info. It would have been nice if they clearly presented which of the tested EDR's failed to detect the various attacking tools and methods. And also, what's up with the nameless vendors, why test them if they were too afraid to participate?
I don't think that they were afraid to participate. They did participate but didn't want results to be shown after they were notified about them. I guess that they don't want bad marketing.
Yes that's what I meant with afraid, you are willing to participate but want to remain nameless because you're not confident enough, what a joke. I still haven't read the report and it will take me a while to manually count all the misses, thanks a lot AV Comparatives!
