This would be odd behavior for Google, but it looks like this app has been removed from the Play Store. I can't find it, using a couple of variations on the name.
Still not showing up when I search the Play Store from my phone. Not complaining by any means: I just wanted to get a look at the posted comments and reviews and, from the reviews available at the link you provided, I believe I'm justified in having uninstalled it. Thank you for the direct link.
