Simply disable your VPN before you access your account.

Weirdness happens with VPN’s sometimes. Things I would look at:

What region are you using for connection? Is it a geo-located region or not, and does it make a difference? What happens if you change the region? What if the region setting is the same state or country as your account registration?

    Try different browsers.

Ultimately, as @Buddel suggests, turn off the VPN to access your account.

The region or the browser doesn't seem to matter.

Yeah, it was worth a try. I couldn't tell from your description if the VPN itself was being blocked, regardless of the IP address you were connecting with, or if was the particular IP address that was being blocked. Sounds like you were right, the VPN connection itself is being blocked, and @Buddel is right. Disabling the VPN (or turning it off) to access your account is what you will need to do.

I had to install a new version of the VPN with a improved version of "By pass" to skip the website.
