Just updated 11 here with no problems... will update my other dual boot 10/11 machine tomorrow... so far so good.

I think you're probably right.... 11 is basically 10 with a rearranged UI and a few other minor tweaks... should be fine...

When you opt out I think it just leaves telemetry on full... the normal situation. I don't really know of any additional telemetry in the insider...
