    EU does a lot of good things regarding protection of their residents.

    So they want to go through everyone’s e-mails. What better way than to state ‘looking for child porn’. Well, that can be done right now with “reasonable suspicion and a search warrant”!!

    Governments have been trying for a very long time to access our communications using a number of reasons, mainly "to detect child sexual abuse material" and of course "cyber criminals".

    But the elephant in the room, as always, remains unchanged :

    And the only answer that governments ever provide is "you can trust us with your security".

    This is why I have Tuta and Proton for things I want to keep to myself. Issue ---- try and find many friends willing to leave the "big boys" for security. Feel like the lone ranger in my circle.
