Tried changing cables,installed wpdmtp.inf as directed on you tube sight,followed all other you tube help still no go.The only thing I haven't tried is trying another computer.Thanks PS there was a time I don't remember when it used to work. Update tried another pc didn't work must be phone .Thanks
You need to change im Android to allow access via cable. On some phones it only allows charging by default
