    Hi mantra,
What exactly did not work? What happened?

I tested downloading Firefox ESR versions for Windows 64-bit and for 32-bit, in French and Italian, and I got 128.4.0esr offered, not 115.17.0.
But that was while using Firefox 132.0 on Kubuntu. I don't know what would happen if I was on Windows 7.

If updating the Firefox browser doesn't work, and the ESR page doesn't offer the version that you need, you could download the right version here, I suppose:
    https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ -->
    https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.17.0esr/
    Next, select win64/, or win32/,
and next, select the language, fr/ for French, and it/ for Italian.

It simply worked for me as posted.

    Exactly.
The en/us version here on Win 7 Dutch.
    No problem here!

    Stupendous Man, you're welcome!

Went looking for it in Google, when seeing the last Schedule Update sentence to see if the issue was still current. Found it in the Mozilla Connect site.

    Thanks, JRViejo.
In your Schedule Update post, I overlooked the part that said "Tracking issues with ESR115 updates in ##incident-win78-esr115-updates".
Searching for ##incident-win78-esr115-updates, I found a Mozilla Connect thread in which bug 1928403 was mentioned.
In future, I'll try to look at your Schedule Update posts more closely! :)

    Thanks JR !! :thumb:

    It leads me to:

firefox 115.16.1esr fails to update to 115.17.0esr
    https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1928331

    and:

Help -> About Firefox -> Update to 115.17.0esr on Windows 7 fails
    https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/disc...update-to-115-17-0esr-on-windows-7/td-p/75706

So Mantra was not the only one.
And I guess that I was lucky.

I wanted to check it again.
I downloaded the installation file Firefox Setup 115.17.0esr.exe (en/us 64 bit) again.
Then I compared the checksums of that one with the checksums of the one that I downloaded a couple of days ago.
The checksums are the same. I was lucky.

    I have a question.
Does the “report problems with a website” menu no longer exist?

If you mean "Report broken site", that option is still in the menu, but not if "Firefox Data Collection and Use" is disabled in Firefox Settings.

About the "Report broken site" tool:

I don't think so. It opens, and I can view its content. However, I don't know what content should be seen. What problem do you have, viewing that website?
The only thing that I noticed, was the page was slow to open. A VirusTotal scan of the URL took a lot of time as well. Could there be some issue with the coop.it server?

    I see it like this:

    https://ibb.co/J7Nwd37

    The inscription reads:

"oops a problem has been encountered"
(but it does not specify what problem)

    No display problems with Edge.

    Thanks.
No, that is not what I see. I guess I see the correct web page display.
Hard to say what causes your issue. I could be one of your Firefox settings, or one of your uBlock Origin settings. Did you try whether disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection makes any difference? Did you try disabling uBO, or any non-default settings?

The cause is certainly attributable to Firefox.
Probably a change to a setting to improve privacy.

Do you mean a setting that you changed?
I tweaked Firefox settings to some extent, but I do not have the issue with that webpage.
I guess it is like they say: If it isn't broken, you haven't tweaked it enough. ;)
