there is nothing more to say a gorhill did
its a report, for developers, nothing else. developer can categorize the report to improve their pages, its some kind of community help.

similar as PPA - PPA is a reporting method if ads are shown. its not used to show ads, a lot of nativ user thinks it is, but it is NOT. its a measuring tool. if user has already disabled telemetry, PPA is also disabled by default - the option is automatically turned off, to explain this one.

if user uses some kind of adblocker, PPA will measure that ads are blocked. so the ad publisher maybe become feedback that his method of advertising wont work. on one hand the ad publisher need to improve, in special for firefox and its default blocking code, and to improve ads not to be intrusive that way that is blocked. mozilla has only benefit from measuring, not from ads.
if you read other opinions, then forget that crappy words. the most of them are lies.
btw PPA was announce already in 2022. surprise surprise.

for MV3, i dont care any longer about uBoL, i use it in my testing profile, but at least edge is using uBo mv2 and it lasts as the GPO will let me. and i got no warning in Edge for expiring mv2 extensions, one of the benefits of edge vs chrome. neverthless i have adguard mv3 also installed (uBo disabled) to experience the development.

    Out uBlock Origin v. 1.59.0

    https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/releases

    P.S.

There is really no one to explain to Gorhill (although he should figure it out for himself) that the uBlock Origin project in the Microsoft Store curated by Nicole Rolls appears “dead” long ago.

Is there any way to "install" the newest version 1.59.0 on Edge?
I still have 1.57.2 and, as Sampei Nihira just wrote above, Nik Rolls didn't make an update since 8th April

It appears there were some issues...
See this thread on GitHub and Gorhill's answer near the bottom.

@Wallaby, why not switch to the version from the Chrome store?. Will be updated soon to 1.59.0, I guess.
(export your settings and uninstall the Edge version first)

Note however that support of Manifest v2 extensions on Chromium based browsers like Edge will soon end (see here for Chrome).

    On Reddit (emphasis mine)

So, .reg file to extend support till June 2025 on Edge (Windows):
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge]
    "ExtensionManifestV2Availability"=dword:00000002

I entered this list again in uBlock Origin:

    https://github.com/Kees1958/W3C_annual_most_used_survey_blocklist/blob/master/EU_US_MV3_most_common_ad+tracking_networks.txt

This list of filters with few rules will be maintained.
I did a test with this link:

    Code:
    6sense.com
The link is present,as are many other links in the World list.
But I have no need for the World list.

    P.S.

With my filter lists pathfactory.com is only taken from Kees1958's filter list.
But with other filter lists it might be different:

    10.png

The link is not blocked by my DNS-level filter lists.

In Firefox, I selected Extensions\ Manage extensions\ Tools for all add-ons (cogwheel)\ Check for Updates, and I got uBlock Origin 1.59.0 offered, on both my systems.

    @Sampei Nihira
I don't want to offend you, but why are your uploaded images always blurred?

I do not see the blurred image even using the smartphone.
So I can't make any assumptions.
    Have a good evening.

    P.S.

Is it blurry even like this?

This image taken with Firefox, you see it is equally blurry because more than that I can't do anything about it.

Agreed. As it seems to be a png it shouldn't be a compression issue, probably some kind of scaling issue.

should look like this, taken with firefox! as you can see it has no address line and more details as your image. which software are you using? maybe this is the culprit.
usually i use "faststone capture" and it has PNG compression, means: none. for reason.

I think the filter in the list of Kees1958 is much to broad...
It blocks everything from `pathfactory.com`; also the legitimate CDN links.

Only the `com.snowplowanalytics` part is blocked here by either by AdGuard Tracking Protection or EasyPrivacy.
Also by a redirect rule from uBlock filters – Ads.
    (I deleted the Kees'1958 list)

    [Edit]
I think Wilders makes these screenshots blurry. Width is reduced to 1200px...

What Kees1958 list did you eliminate?
I will try the MV3 filter list.
I have already noticed that a lot of links (70 to 80 %) are blocked at the DNS level by my filter lists.

No, I'm sorry. But it is not only you, I think it is the same for all posters.
I think it is as nicolaasjan said:

Sorry, no it isn't. Till now I used Windows Snipping Tool for screenshots from parts of a page. Those smaller images are not so blurry on Wilders. On other forums they are sharp as a knife. From now on I will follow nicolaasjans advice. Thanks to him.

it is. mine from above was also larger and now 1200 and thus it got blurry. i would say this is intentional not to break the layout with 3xxx images ;) (2k/4k and higher)
