X-Sec Malware Scanner

How is the software against current threats, Ransomware, scriptors, stealers,…?

Is it only a second opinion scanner?

I‘m aware that X-Sec uses multiple Rising engines, but how does that information help me?
Actually never managed to run Rising AV, some drivers didn‘t install properly, and Rising RTP was partly broken.

 

That's not relevant. Rising's security software is still being developed, they just no longer publish specific English language versions. But Rising Firewall installs in English and it is possible to install current versions of Rising Antivirus, with some text translated to English.

 

I was just reading, I'm not interested in the product but it was odd not to be able to see anything about Rising so nothing more as I'm always curious!
