OK, upon checking logs, I have realized that I was stupid, I forgot to unblock the webpage to allow the test to test.
The thing is, since ECH has to be set on the server side for it to work, at this moment basically no one uses ECH excluding some Cloudflare's own websites like their ECH testing page. On AdGuard for Desktop's log you can see which connections made use of ECH (Encrypted Client Hello) and I didn't find a single one among many popular social media and news websites. So unfortunately, at the moment it doesn't increase privacy or serve any other useful purpose, I think.
@SeriousHoax It is also possible to view this information (ECH) with browser development tools: P.S. There are also few websites that use a Post-Quantum key.
Thanks. I was searching for this but couldn't find it before. But anyway, as you can see at this moment no websites honor ECH except the ECH testing websites.
