Downloaded Backup Boot Camp without problems and registered the product.
Opened the program aand saw the window with Source (Bootcamp) and Destination.
Clicked the Backup now button and gave the Destination file a name.
When starting backing up, I saw, only for a short moment, the window with the source and
the Destination file with a large blue arrow in between.
But, almost immediately, a window appeared with a yellow warning sign and the text: Error, Can't open/create file.
    What mistake did I make?

Seems to be working for me on Yosemite with Win 7 on Bootcamp. I tend to be skeptical of boot camp backup programs because I've had problems with Winclone and other programs that are supposed to backup the BC partition. So far the Paragon Boot Camp Backup is working flawlessly!

This product sounds excellent and the scheduled, incremental backups are exactly what I need. However, I very rarely (never) boot into OS X and instead just always run Windows 10 in bootcamp. Is this going to be a problem for me?

Im guessing that scheduled backups will only run if I'm booted into OS X?

I share the same question of beterthanlife about "Im guessing that scheduled backups will only run if I'm booted into OS X?"

I have another question: Up to now to at least, does not word properly in the latest version el Capitan. Due to SIP implementation, it seems nobody can (also neither Winclone can) restore and make bootable the backup in a SSD disck.

I remark: to me it is very important to have windows runing in a SSD disk , but due to SIP, it is impossible to write in system files. Furthermore, some people like me, updating from Yosemite, despite trying to go to the Rescue HD, (before start press comand + R) the reply I get is; commando not found. Some people say in our case of migration, Rescue HD does not exist. At this point I am at a full stop. If anybody can help, will be welcome.

I detail the method used by me to try to disable SIP:
    1. Reboot your Mac into Recovery Mode by restarting your computer and holding down Command+R until the Apple logo appears on your screen.
    2. Click Utilities > Terminal.
    3. In the Terminal window, type in csrutil disable and press Enter.
    4. Restart your Mac.

Problem restoring backup: I created a backup of the bootcamp partition with the latest version (0.570.570_000) of Boot Camp Backup. The backup appears to have been successfull as I can see the backup file (BCBackup.hdmbackup) in the Finder on the target drive, and it has the right size. Also, the Paragon VMDK Mounter lets me select and attach the backup file, and mounts it, so I can access the files in the backup, so the backup appears to be healthy.

However, when attempting to restore the backup, Paragon Boot Camp Backup doesn't show the backup file in the "Restore" window (nor any other file, for that matter) and the "Attach Image", "Merge", and "Restore" buttons are all greyed out.

So how can I get Boot Camp Backup to restore the backup file??

    I'm running MacOS X 10.8.5 on a Mac Pro 3.1.

    Thanks for any helpful suggestions.

Paragon Boot Camp Backup is not compatible with El Capitan, is it?
It worked fine up until I upgraded and then the backups stopped working. I was getting an error that it couldn't connect to the volume and found no info on it here so thought I should uninstall and reinstall Paragon BootCamp Backup. When I did, I got the error during installation that "this software is not compatible with OS X and might damage something if I continue" so I didn't. Is there a timeframe for how long the next version will be?
    Thanks for this great software.

I was looking forward to what appeared to be a successful way of backing up my Win7 partition on my MacBook Air but it is apparently incompatible with OS X 10.11.3. Does anyone know whether there will be a revision that will allow the program to work with this version of OS X? Thanks, Ken K

Paragon Boot Camp Backup quits when I attempt to backup from 10.11.4 to a 2TB NTFS formatted USB drive. I was told by Paragon support that the backup drive could be NTFS formatted even though NTFS is normally read only from Mac OS. Does the backup drive need to be HFS+ or FAT?
